Low-Protein Cooking for PKU

The Goldring Center for Culinary Medicine worked with Tulane’s metabolic dietitians to develop recipes that are quick, easy, and low-protein. The meals were designed to appeal to the whole family. They are nutritious, delicious, and made with ingredients that can easily be found in most pantries. Whether a person is looking for familiar comfort food or they want to explore new flavors, these recipes make it is for everyone can enjoy a wholesome and hearty meal.
