Cooking for Diabetes : Family Class

Recipes, information, and skills to create delicious, family-friendly meals that appeal to kids and adults alike.

 

In this one-time two-hour class, families will learn to create flavorful and balanced meals that support their diabetes management goals. All recipes are carb friendly and family friendly, so bring the kids (ages 5+) to participate in this hands-on educational experience. All skill levels are welcome, and participants will leave with an increased sense of kitchen confidence and a library of recipes that are suitable for those living with diabetes or pre-diabetes.
