Continuing Medical Education

Our continuing medical education classes provide healthcare professionals (physicians, PAs, nurses, NPs, Pharmacists, RDs, CDEs) with evidence-based information on dietary education for patients.  Important nutrition concepts are taught through hands-on cooking classes in a way that helps medical professionals understand the practical dialogue they can have with their patients about lifestyle change. The program helps translate the literature for use in your day-to-day practice and provides 3-4 continuing education credits per module. CME credits are offered through the American College of Culinary Medicine and you can find a listing of classes being offered here.

In-person classes run 3 hours, with a small amount of preparation through the online module expected to be completed before attending class. You will receive further instructions after signing up for the course.
