Online Cooking Classes

We are excited to announce that we are hosting cooking classes online! These classes have been designed to incorporate the nutrition principles and cooking skills we teach in our in-person classes, but will also provide specific guidance relevant right now, as you are likely cooking more meals at home and may also be making less frequent trips to the store. All classes are held via Zoom, which is free to download to your computer, tablet, or phone. We have planned the recipes to be flexible and will offer suggestions for ingredient substitutions. Recipes and a shopping list will be provided in advance, so you can plan to cook along with us in your home kitchen! You can also tune in to watch and cook the recipes later because we will be recording each session and emailing the video out to registered participants the day after class.

We are offering this class on a donation basis and ask that you pay what you can. We greatly appreciate any donation to our program, which is tax-deductible and goes directly towards supporting our community programming!

Menu: Butternut Squash & Black Bean Tacos (or Bowls) with Sweet & Spicy Apple Cabbage Slaw,
Cilantro Lime Avocado Crema, and Quick Pickled Red Onions (a great addition to just about everything!)
