These recipes have been created by the dietetic interns from Tulane University’s School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine and feature items sourced from the Crescent City Farmer’s Market. Seasonal Recipes for Summer
These recipes were developed in the Summer of 2020 as part of our partnership with community partners, the Crescent City Farmer’s Market, Top Box Foods New Orleans, and the Krewe of Red Beans Feed the Second Line initiative. They were designed to celebrate the season, using produce available locally in Louisiana:
